At Nickey Kehoe, we strive to ensure every curated piece brings timeless character to your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship the Item

  Affix your provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the parcel back to our Los Angeles warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee for furniture and oversized items.
